Introduction to the Kingdom

What This Course is All About

Introduction to the Kingdom of God begins in the Old Testament and traces the covenants and prophecies which lead up to the Kingdom that was established by the person and ministry of Jesus. Traditional eschatology (dispensationalism) is challenged and contracted with Victorious Eschatology (Kingdom Eschatology). Students will study how Abraham, David and the Hebrew Prophets looked forward to the day when God would send the Messiah and his reign would begin. Students will learn how the Bible uses the term “last days” and how it is not the time we live in. We live in the ever-increasing age of the kingdom and students of the Word will learn how to present and teach these kingdom concepts.
