What This Course is All About

In this course, you will learn about the three major Atonement theories and why Christus Victor is the most Biblically solid one. Questions like: “Why did Jesus die on the Cross?”; “Was Jesus punished by the Father, for our sins?”; “Did God the Father pour His wrath on Jesus, on the Cross”; Was the Trinity separated when Jesus cried: My God, My God, why have You forsaken me?”; “Did Jesus pay a ransom to God, the devil or?”, etc., will all be answered.

2. Read “The Nature of the Atonement – Four Views” by James Beilby and Paul R. Eddy
3. Write a 2-3-page summary of your view of the atonement.
